We need your support in our fight to Save Shalimar.

Please attend the Developer meeting on June 11th at 6:00pm. 2222 S. Price Rd. Church of the Epiphany.

Your attendance is critical to show the developer that you won’t accept their proposal and that we are in solidarity against this rezoning. Please find a way to attend.

The Owner and Developer are doing everything they can to destroy this 44-acre green space. Their sales tactics and misinformation will not pass the scrutiny of intelligent Tempe residents. Don’t let them fool you. The owner is entitled to sell. The owner is not entitled to a rezoning.

When the Developer tries to tell you they have spoken to many people that just love what they are up to, ask them who? The reality is Tempe is very much against this Development. They just won’t listen and are ear blinded by their myopic focus on making a killing off a high-density rental centric infill. Sell Yes. Rezone No.
