The annual meeting of the Shalimar Association is Wednesday, November 13, 2024. New board members will be elected during the business meeting from 5pm-6pm. From 6pm-7pm, a full campaign update will be provided with time to answer questions.

The Shalimar Association is a 501(C4) organization committed to preserving the Shalimar golf course in alignment with the existing covenant and the City of Tempe guiding principles. We seek to maintain this historic and beloved gem of Tempe, and save what is one of the last large green spaces in the city. Our aim is to work with stakeholders to accomplish a win-win resolution that treats all concerned parties with dignity and respect, and that results in mutual gains for all.
The annual business meeting at 5pm is held to elect board members and report on the business of the association. At 6pm, there will be a Save Shalimar campaign update with time to answer your questions.
If you intend to vote in the Shalimar Association board of directors election on 11/13/24, you must be a voting member. Only members who meet the criteria in the bylaws are eligible to vote. Members must be in attendance to vote. No electronic vote will be accepted. There is no proxy voting.
Membership dues remain $25. Go to the association website for information about the upcoming meeting, board candidate profiles (available after November 8), and to update your membership or make a donation.
